Lakeland Police arrested Destiny Ruth Witte, (DOB: 9/3/79, 924 E Walnut Street, Lakeland, FL) on 1 Count of Lewd Battery on a Child Under 16 (2nd Degree Felony), and 2 Counts of Lewd Conduct with a Child Under 16 (2nd Degree Felony). Witte took the child to the men’s restroom at Lake Bonny Park on June 24, 2012, where they engaged in sexual intercourse. Witte was arrested by police on June 27, 2012, after admitting the incident occurred.
