On July 10, 2012 at approximately 1:30 p.m., Lakeland Police received a call in reference to a residential burglary in progress in the 900 block of W 13th Street. Telecommunications operators were able to get descriptions of the suspects and relayed the information to the responding officers. Lakeland officers responded to the area and quickly located the suspects fleeing from the residence. After a brief chase, two 14 year old and two 15 year old juveniles were taken into custody and charged with this burglary. The residence was unoccupied at the time of this incident, and it appears as though no property was taken.
