On Thursday, July 26, 2012, at approximately 4:49 a.m. a witness observed an unknown white male inside their neighbor’s vehicle located in the 500 block of Ingraham Avenue. The witness had observed the same suspect in a vehicle of another neighbor, as well. At this time, the witness called 911 to report the incident. Officers arrived and located the suspect, Matthew Case, 44 (W/M, DOB 10/4/67) still inside the vehicle. He was detained and found to be in possession of stolen property from several vehicle burglaries in the area. Officers were able to locate 6 victims from the property in his possession.
